About Will:
Will Jones joined BHETA (the British Home Enhancement Trade Association) in 2009 as Executive Director for Housewares. He became Chief Operating Officer in May 2019. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for delivering BHETA’s strategic and commercial objectives as well as heading up day to day operations in support of all membership activity. Will is also Chair of the BHETA-owned and UK’s leading housewares, small domestic electricals, and gift exhibition, Exclusively, which takes place annually in June at the Business Design Centre, Islington.
Prior to his career at BHETA, Will was Sales Director at Addis, where he worked for fourteen years, and before that he held various sales roles at The Coleman Company, Charles Lettes and Loctite.
Formed in 1958, BHETA is the leading UK trade association for manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in the home enhancement market, including home improvement (DIY), garden, housewares, small electricals, and gift. BHETA has around 300 members, representing £15.5 billion at retail sales and 15,000 employees. Its priority is to support its members by adding value to their business to help them develop and prosper. It provides the opportunity to network with retail contacts, colleagues, and expert service providers and supplies a wide range of services including lobbying, data provision, advisory services and product marketing.
