As the Managing Director of The Millbrook Garden Company with 2 garden centres in Kent and past Chairman of the Garden Centre Association I am really passionate about sustainability in garden centres. I believe we have to do more to become the truly ‘green’ industry that we claim to be but we have to balance that with commerciality and our ongoing success as a sector. We have the opportunity to influence the way people garden and this can bring environmental and health benefits to the nation.
