A leading voice on omnichannel shopper activation Prem is a Board member of Catalina Marketing UK and sits on Catalina’s European Executive Team, supporting the broader European (France, Italy and UK) business strategy and direction. In 2024 he was appointed Board Trustee of Harrow Academy Trust (HAT).

His ability to see the business through a retail lens – thanks to his previous senior management roles with Sainsbury’s, managing and revitalising the UK’s largest Loyalty Scheme, Nectar – has brought about a revolutionised approach and outlook at Catalina. He has helped the business today to better understand and serve retail customers, and the evolving retailer and shopper dynamics, to ensure Catalina’s products, services and solutions are innovative, effective, and always at the forefront of technological and data advancements..

Having a broad understanding of retail, loyalty and shopper personalisation, Prem’s expertise lies in truly understanding how to connect retailers with their customers in a more meaningful way across omni-media channels, to create memorable, rewarding and loyalty building experiences. With 30 years of experience working for some of the world’s leading brands including NatWest, Visa, American Express and Sainsbury’s he has an innate ability to marry data and analytics with a deep appreciation of human behaviour in the retail sector, both on and offline.

His entrepreneurial flair has established Catalina’s reputation as one of the global leaders in omni-media shopper activation through the creation of innovative, real-time solutions across in store and digital channels.
