Martin has spent over 35 years in the food industry, overseeing Quality Food Safety, Risk, R&D and Environment at board level for some internationally recognisable brands, including Sodexo, Cadbury and Adelie.
Passionate about Sustainability within the food industry, he now leads the FSC Environmental Social Governance programme, achieving carbon neutrality and B-Corp certification within the first two years.
Committed to championing sustainable change in the F2G category, Martin is eager to help SME understand their impact and build improvement plans to reduce it.
