I have a real passion for all things marketing, with a focus on both traditional methods and the ever-growing digital landscape. Over the years I’ve seen a big shift in marketing efforts within the Garden Retail sector and our marketing efforts have grown and changed dramatically too. I’ve also expanded my expertise through studies with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Digital Marketing Institute.
I’m excited to join the seminar panel, Boosting Lifetime Spend Through Customer Loyalty. I look forward to sharing our strategies to help increase customer loyalty and, in turn, lifetime spend. We’ve run a loyalty program for over 20 years, which has developed in a number of ways over time.
