NedFox have been developing, installing and supporting our EPoS and ERP solution; RetailVista, for Garden Centres since 1994. Cutting edge, modern, and future-proof; we are now trusted by more than 400 centres (totaling more than 2000 tills) across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Our founders themselves were retailers for 50 years, and had an understanding that technology was going to help retail stores thrive. So they created RetailVista in the town of Emmeloord, The Netherlands, to help retailers manage their businesses more efficiently, with local garden centres being the early adopters.
In 2007, we were the first garden centre EPoS and ERP provider in Europe to produce and offer a “cloud-based” solution. This has been developed to be robust, secure, and enables our users to work from anywhere in the world via a web browser or mobile App.
Specialising in independents and multiple site stores, our biggest customer is the GRS group of 150 stores in Holland, Belgium and other European countries.
As well as offering fine EPoS and ERP solutions, more recent developments have included our new, modern, and forward thinking customer Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) marketing module. This allows your customers to be scored based on their RFM and dynamically segmented for segment specific marketing and offers.
