Clawson Farms, was established in 1912 as a farmer owned cooperative and today has over 30 supplier members, all located within 30 miles of the dairy based in Leicestershire. These farms supply fresh, high quality milk to the dairy every day, our expert cheesemakers turn this high quality, traceable milk into delicious tasting, award winning, Blue Stilton®, White Stilton, Shropshire Blue & Rutland Red. We are also known for crafting an innovative range of blended cheeses such as Wensleydale & Cranberry, Caribbean Blazer & White Stilton, Mango & Ginger.
